Thoroughly enjoyed this podcast on the physical body. I didn't recognize one reference to something in the Handbook, but that is not surprising to me. For some reason I cannot explain, as many times as I have read the handbook, when I randomly open it, sometimes there is something I do not recognize as having read. Totally bizarre. It is on my nightstand. I pick it up and read it nightly; sometimes just a paragraph or two, and sometimes more. I can pick it up and read something again and suddenly a whole new meaning opens up.

Have had stomach issues for 7 years, have been to 5 Gastro Drs, the University of Michigan Gastro Dept., and even the Cleveland Clinics in Ohio, with lots of medications that do not work and lots of studies and tests — with no relief at all and just getting worse!
